We manage and create content for Toybox's social media profiles, with the ultimate aim of raising awareness within Milton Keynes. We also identified an opportunity to reach a younger demographic using Instagram, whilst maintaining engagement of their existing donor base on Facebook. The content educates their community on key issues and supports their seasonal giving campaigns.

"Over the last year of working with Sophie, our social media approach and online presence has completely transformed. She has an incredible ability to capture the heart of what we do as an organisation supporting street children and turn this into interesting visuals, thought-provoking and accessible copy, and clear calls to action to motivate and inspire our audiences. Thanks to her, we have been able to increase our brand awareness within Milton Keynes (a key strategic priority for us), build credibility and trust, and reposition ourselves as a local charity as well as an international one. As well as her obvious skill set, Sophie is a joy to work alongside – she is reliable, passionate and enthusiastic and goes above and beyond in everything she does for us."
Emillie Hunter
Head of Individual Giving, Toybox
Toybox were seeking a key strategic partner for social media management who embedded into their strong team and culture. The main goals were to promote awareness of the importance of supporting undocumented street children across the globe but also to attract new donors at both an individual and corporate level.
By posting across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, Toybox reach most demographics that consume social media.
In addition the adoption of seasonal paid campaigns aid in boosting donations at critical times.
Alongside social media management, Toybox have collaborated with Sophie etc. to run “Sophie’s Street Feast” annually and smaller supper clubs, which attracts thousands of pounds in donations and helps boost local awareness for the charity.
