The challenge was shifting perspectives of the Market, so a key focus of the strategy initially was creating content around the Market traders. The #LoyalandLocal series was a huge hit and helped us to build engagement and connection with their community.
In Summer 2023, we led the strategy for a launch event for the Market and utilised this to build the Market’s Instagram following. We created strong content that linked to real life events and attracted local followers.
In just over a month, we took the Instagram account from around 300 followers to over 1000 which gave us an excellent audience to continue to connect with over the next year.
